App data and local preferences
The app does not require a Lovato or LabMunkz account. Toy choices, colors, language, pins, progress and feedback settings are stored on your devices. The app does not send these settings to Lovato servers. It does not display third-party ads or use an advertising identifier for profiling.
Photos, sensors and paired devices
If you choose a photo background, the app uses access to the selected image to display it locally. Optional motion features use compatible device sensors. The app does not upload the selected photo or sensor readings to Lovato. Wear OS services can transfer supported settings and progress between your paired devices.
Optional purchases
Optional support purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The app uses purchase status to acknowledge purchases and show local badges. Lovato does not receive your payment-card details through the app. Google may make order and financial records available to the merchant through its developer tools.
Language settings
Your language choice is a local preference. Current builds offer English, Spanish, Argentine Spanish, French, Georgian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese for Portugal and Brazil, and a Madeira choice using European Portuguese. Older releases may offer fewer choices.
Retention and deletion
You can reset supported progress from the app or remove locally stored app data through device settings or uninstalling. Data on a paired device and operating-system backups may need to be managed separately. Removing the app does not delete Google’s purchase records.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through Lovato servers. If a child’s information is sent to us through a support request, contact us to request its deletion, subject to any records we must retain.
Platform services
Google Play, Android and Wear OS may process purchases, installations, diagnostics and other platform information under their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy. Store disclosures should be read alongside this policy.

For privacy questions or requests, email BPMMunkzPulse@labmunkz.com. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
